The hotel rooms are spacious and big but lack noise insulation, cleanliness was not up to par as the bathroom floor was dirty, filled with mold and filth. Service can be hit or miss, with staff being friendly but slow to respond; the location is flooded with homeless and mentally ill people, although some rooms offer balconies which is nice. Dining options are limited and less than satisfactory.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The room was lovely, and the pools were fantastic. However, there was a bit of confusion about the balcony, which turned out not to be a real balcony. The service was a mix of disorganization and helpfulness, and the location had its ups and downs. Overall, a decent experience with some room for improvement.

The hotel had some nice pools, which made up for the questionable location filled with homeless people and drugs that made us feel unsafe.

The dining experience was okay, but a bit expensive for a family trip. The service during breakfast needed some improvements.

5.8/10

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room situation was a bit of a rollercoaster, but on the bright side, the included breakfast was good. The service was exceptional, but the presence of a large noisy family nearby was a downside to our sleep quality.

Rooms
5.0
The room I initially got was a downgrade from what I paid for, and the next one had stains on furniture and carpet. It wasn't the best experience.
Service
9.0
The service was exceptional, especially when I had questions. The staff were really nice and helpful throughout my stay.
Location
7.0
While the hotel met our needs in terms of location, the presence of a lot of homeless individuals around made walking around a bit intimidating. However, the area was lovely with beautiful flowers.
Dining
5.0
The complementary dining experience was not great as the staff entered the room. Thankfully, it was free; otherwise, it wouldn't have been worth the price. The food was passable, not cooked to order.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were average; However, the overall experience was affected by the room quality.
